It’s about more than what you eat. It’s about why you eat. It’s about why you’re numbing yourself with food. It’s about changing your food drama thoughts. Its about feeling your emotions. It’s about achieving weight loss by incorporating Flow, Resilience, Optimism, and Gratitude.  

Experience

After struggling with my weight for years, I finally dealt with why I ate. Diets don’t work. Restricting food groups doesn’t work. Counting points doesn’t work. Using colored food containers doesn’t work. 


Eating when you’re hungry and stopping when you’re satisfied works. Figuring out why you’re eating when you’re not hungry works. Believing you can figure it out works.
